The “Shifted Flag” error illustrated here shows the flag shifted so that it covers the head of the Ruler. Various degrees of shift exist with the Ruler’s head not always completely covered. The error was created under the Baroody Contract with the intention of sale to the philatelic market.
The Second Definitive Issue – 1964 – Imperforated Gutter Pairs
The sheets were printed in at least two panes of 30 (3 x 10) resulting in gutter pairs being created. Gutter pairs have so far been recorded in the 10np and 3rs values of the perforated stamps and 3rs and 5rs of the imperforated stamps.

Kennedy May 29 Overprint – 1964 – Perforated
In order to capitalize on the popularity of the Kennedy theme and to help dispose of unsold quantities of stamps from the original Kennedy Memorial set the three values of the set and the souvenir sheet were overprinted with two differing overprints designed by Archam Tcheterian. The 75np value was overprinted in red while the 1r and 1¼r values were overprinted in green.
Both the perforated and imperforated issues were overprinted. There is no record of stamps from this set being Cancelled-to-Order or plate numbers.
