Outer Space Achievements – Unofficial Issue – 1964 – Imperforated
The five low-value stamps, from the January 1964 “Honoring Astronauts” issue, were also overprinted with “Outer Space Achievements” on both perforated and imperforated stamps. The values are 1np, 2np, 3np, 4np and 5np.
Space Achievements – Surcharged – 1964 – Perforated
A final Space Achievement set of stamps was issued on 5 December 1964 consisting of three values. The original values were 75np, 1½rs and 2rs were overprinted with 10np, 20np and 30np respectively. This was the last set produced under the Baroody contract and it would be over a year before the next set of Dubai stamps was issued.
Space Achievements – Surcharged – 1964 – Perforated – The “NF” Error
The “NF” error is a flaw in the surcharge where the “NP” has had the tip of the “P” cut off meaning that the surcharge appears as “NF” instead. The error occurs once in each sheet of stamps and exists for both perforated and imperforated sheet of stamps.
